Don't forget to save your customization to be able to add to cartUsing sirloin tip roast that is sliced to 4mm, the meat is marinated in your custom flavoring overnight. It is then dehydrated, cooled, and vacuum-sealed with an oxygen absorber for freshness. Each bag contains 1lb (pre-cooked weight) of Jerky and is labeled with its production date. Store in a cool, dry place for the best shelf life.
